healthy start
Community-based health and social services to reduce the infant mortality rate and number of low birth weight babies: services and referrals for pregnant women and infants including prenatal care, breastfeeding counseling, health education and a substance abuse program. Also offers a male initiative program which offers health education, parenting support, case management and resource coordination and referrals.
