Joining Our Lab
Systemic racism, discrimination, and structural barriers continue to limit access of non-white individuals to academic research settings; this is true of our own research community. We are critically evaluating our research environment and look forward to expanding our collaborations with a diverse group of researchers interested in reducing racial disparities in women’s and children’s health, working together to create an inclusive, safe, and academically compelling space for Black, Latinx, Indigenous, LGBTQ+, and other underrepresented research staff, students, and faculty.
